This form is only to collect information from interested candidates so the BLESSE team can follow up and connect you directly with NH Education for the next steps in your application process.

Are you a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Refugee with a Notice of Decision? (Must say Yes)*

Have you filed your taxes with the CRA for the last two years and have your returns available? (Must say Yes)*

Are you between the ages of 24 and 56 years old? (Must say Yes)*

Have you ever defaulted on an OSAP or CSL (Canada Student Loan)? (Must say No)*

Have you completed Grade 12, or are you willing to write the challenge exam (must score 26/40 or higher)?*

Are you currently receiving OW (Ontario Works) or ODSP (Ontario Disability Support Program)? (Must say No)*

(Note: Program funding is not available for those on OW/ODSP unless payments are stopped before applying.)

Program Information

About NH Education:

NH Education connects individuals seeking to enter new careers with financial and educational support — including grants, loans, laptops, safety equipment, and trade tools. All courses are offered through colleges accredited by the Ministry of Education.

Course durations:
Programs range from 30 to 104 weeks, depending on the field.

Financial support:
Funding covers tuition, books, and living expenses for eligible participants, based on your family income and tax information.

Additional support may include:
● Laptops with full productivity software
● Safety gear and trade equipment
● Career guidance and education support
